Animation and Geometric Construction of Axially Symmetric Points

This applet demonstrates the geometric construction of axial symmetry. By moving a point along a semicircle, its reflection across the symmetry axis is constructed using orthogonal lines and the mirror command. The animation intuitively illustrates that symmetric points are equidistant from the axis and their connecting segment is perpendicular to it, ideal for teaching geometric transformations.
