Geometric Construction of the Ellipse Definition

This GeoGebra applet dynamically demonstrates the first definition of an ellipse: the locus of points whose sum of distances to two fixed foci is constant. Using circles, perpendicular bisectors, and the Locus command, it generates the ellipse. Users can observe point P moving and verify the constant sum of segments PF_1 and PF_2, serving as an excellent tool for coordinate geometry.
