Steiner Chain and Inversion Transformation

This applet demonstrates the classic Steiner Chain theorem and its geometric construction. Using geometric inversion, it illustrates how to construct a sequence of tangent circles between two non-intersecting circles. The construction utilizes sequences, reflections, and angular parameters to visually present the closure condition of the chain and the elegant properties of inversive geometry.
